Diafra Sakho could be set to leave West Ham United in the summer transfer window.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Diafra Sakho has been left worried by West Ham United’s summer plans.

The Hammers are looking to bring in a new striker to lead their line, while Aston Villa’s Jordan Ayew is also linked.

And the Telegraph claim that Sakho has been left worried by his side’s desire to strengthen their front line.

The Senegalese international has played a key role for the Hammers since joining back in 2014, but he looks set to have deal with increased competition next season.

Slaven Bilic is willing to spend big on a new front man - with Michy Batshuayi, Christian Benteke, Wilfried Bony and Alexandre Lacazette all said to be on his wishlist. And Sakho is said to be concerned that he may no longer by West Ham's number one striker next season.

Bilic is set to have funds to spend in the next transfer window, with the London side determined to add further quality to their current squad.

Sakho has made 19 appearances for West Ham this season, despite struggling with injury throughout the campaign.
