Dan Crowley could play a prominent role for Arsenal's first team next season.
Teenage talent Dan Crowley is to be fast tracked into Arsenal's first team next season, The Mail report.
Crowley is highly rated at Arsenal and has been highly regarded since the club lured him away from Aston Villa at just 15.
The midfielder is an England youth international who has represented the Three Lions at under-19 level, previously playing for Ireland's under-17 side.
Crowley is 18 and turns 19 in August, and is likely to play a prominent role in pre-season with international stars returning late after their Euro 2016 exploits.
He played for the Gunners in the Far East last season but is yet to make his competitive debut for the club.
Earlier this season he impressed on a loan spell with League One side Barnsley, starring in a League Cup clash with Everton, and Arsenal ended up recalling him so they could keep a closer eye on his progress and integrate him with the first team squad in training sessions.
He has since been a regular in the under-21 side, netting in last week's win over Newcastle in which he lined up alongside Jack Wilshere.
