The West Ham co-owner has been discussing the manager's success at Upton Park.
West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan says boss Slaven Bilic deserves a lot of credit in particular for creating 'such a positive attitude among the players,' according to the club's official website.
West Ham have had to cope with a few setbacks over the past few weeks.
But the east London side have always demonstrated their fighting spirit - something Sullivan is very thankful to Bilic for.
"On a positive note we showed our fighting qualities once again and have shown throughout the season that we are never beaten and a lot of credit has to go to Slaven and his backroom staff for creating such a positive attitude among the players."
The Hammers boss has been praised all season for his man management of the players and the likes of Julian Dicks & Edin Terzic have certainly helped.
Bilic's man management may be further tested over the weeks to come, however, as West Ham face a number of tough clashes, with Champions League qualification still a tough ask.
It may be that West Ham just miss out on a place in the top four, something that will require the coach to pick his players up when they are down.
Next season should be another huge one for the Hammers, so positivity in the face of any setbacks will be key.
