Henen joined Everton on a permanent contract in the summer of 2015, but he has yet to make his debut in the Premier League. The youngster is highly rated and is said to be one for the future.
The former Olympiacos prospect joined Fleetwood on a short-term deal in November and made 13 appearances in all competitions for the League One outfit.
The Belgian managed to score just one goal for Steven Pressley’s side and struggled with injury problems during his time at the Highbury Stadium.
Henen will now be looking to continue his development at Everton and play regularly for the Merseyside outfit’s Under-21 side between now and the end of the season.
