Marco Gabbiadini reacts on Twitter to Sunderland defeat, Micky Gray picks a liability

Sunderland lost against Leicester City in the Premier League on Sunday.

Micky Gray has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Sunderland’s defeat to Leicester City at home on Sunday afternoon.

Sunderland failed to return to winning ways in the Premier League, as they went down 2-0 to Leicester at the Stadium of Light.

England international striker Jamie Vardy scored both goals for Claudio Ranieri’s side to take them one step closer to winning the league title.

Former Sunderland star Gray was following the match, and he was disappointed with the mistakes committed by the players, especially defender Patrick van Aanholt.

Marco Gabbiadini, who played for the Black Cats in the 1980s and 1990s, has also taken to Twitter to have his say on the final result.

Van Aanholt, who has been on the books of Sunderland since 2014, has had a mixed season.

Against Leicester on Sunday afternoon, the Netherlands international left-back took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 69%, created one chance, put in one cross, made three dribbles, won 22% of his tackles, and made three interceptions, six clearances and two blocks.

Sunderland are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment and are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
