Glenn Hoddle suggests on Twitter that West Ham-Arsenal summed up Premier League

West Ham drew 3-3 with Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.

Former England and Spurs manager Glenn Hoddle took to Twitter to suggest that West Ham's 3-3 draw with Arsenal summed up by the Premier League is the most exciting league in the world.

The two teams entered the game in fine form and with high aspirations, with West Ham looking for a Champions League place, and Arsenal seeking to close the gap on league leaders Leicester City.

As a result, what we got was an enthralling encounter which swung both ways before ending in a draw at Upton Park, in what was a clear contender for the best match of the season.

Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez had Arsenal 2-0 up, but an Andy Carroll hat-trick turned the game on its head by scoring a stunning hat-trick, before Laurent Koscielny rescued a point for the Gunners.

In a topsy-turvy encounter, both sets of fans as well as neutrals were left entertained by the match, as two of the division's most exciting teams lived up to their billing - though ultimately, it didn't really help either side in their pursuit of Champions League qualification or the Premier League title.

After the final whistle, former England and Spurs manager Glenn Hoddle took to Twitter to state that he though it was a 'great derby game', and ultimately summed up why the Premier League is considered to be the most exciting league in the world, ahead of leagues like the Bundesliga, Serie A and La Liga.
