Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Huddersfield Town midfielder Philip Billing.
Spurs have become known for developing young players under current boss Mauricio Pochettino, with the likes of Dele Alli, Eric Dier and Harry Kane all becoming stars under his guidance.
That makes Tottenham a very attractive proposition to young players, and Pochettino could be targeting another Football League youngster after the success of Alli at White Hart Lane.
The Sun report that scout Ian Broomfield has been watching the progress of Huddersfield Town midfielder Philip Billing, who has starred for the Terriers this season.
Billing, 19, joined Huddersfield from Esbjerg in his native Denmark back in 2013, and he been making his way up through the ranks at the John Smith's Stadium ever since.
The Danish Under-19 international has been a regular since David Wagner's appointment back in November, and the giant 6ft 6in midfielder has unsurprisingly earned plaudits from his athletic ability, much like fwlloAlli did during his time with Milton Keynes Dons.
Billing is more defensively-minded than Alli is, but having impressed in the Football League, he will naturally earn comparisons to the Tottenham star - and whilst a move to White Hart Lane may not be imminent, he would be hoping to follow in Alli's footsteps should he make the move to Spurs.
