West Ham training video that will strike fear into Arsenal, Gunners legend reacts

A video emerging from West Ham United's training ground ahead of the huge London derby against Arsenal will strike fear into the visitors.

The high-flying Hammers sit sixth place in the Premier League table, three points off Man City in the fourth Champions League place and seven off Saturday's visitors to the Boleyn Ground.

West Ham know they can cut that gap to just four points with a win which will all but extinguish the dying embers of Arsenal's title bid.

Arsene Wenger's side know all about the threat posed by Slaven Bilic's revolutionised East Londoners after the Hammers comfortably beat the Gunners 2-0 in the opening game of the season.

West Ham have gone on to secure notable scalps since and but for some appalling recent refereeing decisions against them could arguably already be a point clear of City in fourth and right on Arsenal's coat tails.

If Arsenal didn't know they were in for a game before, they will now

Historically Arsenal have the better of this fixture but with it being the last ever between the sides at Upton Park before West Ham depart for the Olympic Stadium in the summer pride and vital points are at stake.

If the Gunners didn't know they are in for a game then they will now after scintillating footage from West Ham's training ground emerged online in the build-up to the game.

That's because superstar Dimitri Payet, who has been one of the best players in Europe this season, has produced yet another moment of magic captured by the cameras at Chadwell Heath.

In the footage Payet volleys home a spectacular outside of the boot volley full on from the edge of the box past the sprawling Adrian.

The goal was so good even Payet himself could not resist posting it out on his official Instagram account and copying in his Spanish teammate.

It wasn't long before it was being shared all over the web ahead of the big clash.

'Even in training!'

And even Arsenal legend Ian Wright, who has somewhat split loyalties this weekend having represented both clubs, posted the video out on his Twitter account saying: "Even in training Dimitri," followed by a series of love-eyed emoticons.

One man who won't want to see the video is David Ospina who will be facing the enigmatic Frenchman as he continues to deputise for the injured Petr Cech.
