The Czech striker has struggled with injuries since joining the club from Lazio in 2013.
Aston Villa could find themselves relegated to the Football League today. They need to beat Bournemouth to give themselves any chance of staying up this season, but even then it would take a brave man to bet on them surviving the drop.
Villa are well adrift at the foot of the Premier League table and have performed woefully this term.
But they do welcome back a striker to the fold for this weekend’s game, although he is unlikely to get many Villa bums out of seats.
Libor Kozak has recovered from an ankle injury and Villa posted a picture of the Czech Republic striker in training on their official Twitter account yesterday afternoon:

Kozak has struggled with injury and form since his arrival from Lazio in 2013.
He arrived at the club with a good reputation for scoring goals but has managed just four in nearly three seasons at the club. He has played just five times this season, his last appearance coming at the end of January.
But one thing about Kozak that must be said is he has tremendous work-rate.
At the point of the season that might be enough to placate Villa fans about an individual performance.
