Jason Cundy compares West Ham hero to Chelsea great, Richard Keys poses interesting question

Andy Carroll scored a hat-trick for West Ham United against Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday.

Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur defender Jason Cundy has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Andy Carroll’s heroics for West Ham United against Arsenal.

Carroll scored a brilliant hat-trick in the Premier League game against London rivals Arsenal at the Boleyn Ground.

Cindy was following the match, and he compared the England international striker to Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.

Drogba, now on the books of Montreal Impact, is one of the greatest strikers in Premier League history.

The Ivory Coast international has a phenomenal record against the Gunners, having scored 13 goals in 14 games against the North London outfit.

The 38-year-old striker used to bully Arsenal’s defences, and Cundy has suggested on Twitter that Carroll did the same on Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, well-known sports presenter Richard Keys has asked whether Carroll should have been on the pitch to score a hat-trick against Arsenal.

The former Liverpool and Newcastle United striker was shown a yellow card for a foul on Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny, and perhaps he should have been sent off.
