To be played on Saturday 9th April 2016 at 12:45. Venue: Boleyn Ground, London
Odds: West Ham 11/4, Draw 5/2, Arsenal 1/1
It has got to the point where it is barely considered an upset anymore, given how often they have defied the odds, but the Hammers will need to beat one of England's heavyweights once more on Saturday to preserve their hopes of playing in the Champions League next season.
Upton Park plays host tomorrow afternoon as Arsenal come to town hoping to keep their slender title hopes alive and deal the Irons' top-four bid a fatal blow in the process.
Already three points behind fourth-placed Manchester City, Slaven Bilic's troops might be six adrift if they lose to the Gunners and City win at home to West Brom tomorrow evening.
Indeed, their hopes of finishing in the top four might just hinge on how they fare against the North Londoners, but the omens are against them as Arsenal boast a 10-year unbeaten run at the Boleyn Ground.
But if United are to win tomorrow, they'll need a clean bill of health - and Bilic will have a full-strength squad available to him.
Cheikhou Kouyate, who scored when West Ham beat Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates, will continue in midfield after having his red card in last week's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace rescinded, while Dimitri Payet will spearhead the creativity.
Wenger, meanwhile, is hunting a third-straight win and he is likely to keep faith with David Ospina between the sticks, despite Petr Cech - who made a costly mistake on his debut in the reverse fixture - returning to full fitness.
