Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard has taken to social networking site Twitter to reveal his affection for the club.
Howard is on the books of Everton at the moment, but he will leave the Premier League outfit for Colorado Rapids at the end of the season.
The USA international goalkeeper will join the Major League Soccer outfit on a three-and-a-half-year contract in the summer transfer window.
The 37-year-old, who started his career in the Premier League with Manchester United back in 2003, has taken to Twitter to underline what it has meant to him to play for Everton all these years.
Howard’s performances for Everton this season have been disappointing, but it cannot be denied that over the years he has been superb for the Toffees.
Playing at the Premier League level at the age of 37 is not an easy task, and credit must be given to the American for still carrying on.
Everton are 12th in the Premier League table at the moment with 38 points from 30 matches.
