Gary Lineker reacts on Twitter to Claudio Ranieri comments

Leicester City are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment.

Gary Lineker has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri’s comments about winning the Premier League title this season.

Leicester are seven points clear of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the league table at the moment.

The Foxes are favourites to win the league title, but Ranieri has persistently played down expectations.

During a press conference this week, the Italian boss did not look too far ahead in the Premier League title race.

Ranieri made it clear that the Foxes are concentrating only on this weekend’s Premier League game against relegation candidates Sunderland away from home at the Stadium of Light.

Former Leicester striker Lineker has taken to Twitter to praise Ranieri for the way he tackled the questions in the press conference.

Leicester are showing no signs of slowing down, and it now looks likely that they will go on to win the Premier League title this season.

Tottenham and perhaps Arsenal will push the Foxes hard, but Ranieri’s side are unlikely to collapse in the final weeks of the campaign.
