The senior pair make their long-awaited returns from injury against Newcastle on Friday night.
The team announcement for Arsenal under-21s' clash with Newcastle United on Monday night has provided a big boost for Gunners fans as it has been confirmed that senior pair Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky will make their returns from long-term injury in the match.
Wilshere has not played a single minute of football this season after breaking his fibula in pre-season training in August, with his last competitive appearance coming when he netted twice for England in a Euro 2016 qualifier in Slovenia last summer.
Meanwhile, Rosicky, who is widely expected to leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season, has managed just one senior appearance during the current campaign, a 19-minute cameo appearance as a substitute in the 2-1 FA Cup win over Burnley at the end of January.

However, both midfielders have been named in the starting XI for the Gunners' development side as they move closer to a return to senior action in the final weeks of the season.
For Wilshere, the match represents a chance to prove to Arsene Wenger that he is fit enough to be reintroduced to first-team action as he looks to play his way back into Roy Hodgson's England squad before this summer's tournament in France.
Friday night's run-out will be the 24-year-old's first match of any kind this season, and it will be a welcome opportunity for him to shift the focus back onto his football after he hit the tabloid front pages this week.
