The West Ham United players were training today ahead of the Premier League game against Arsenal at home at the weekend.
West Ham will take on Arsenal at the Boleyn Ground in the league on Saturday afternoon.
The players were training hard under the watchful eyes of manager Slaven Bilic, and one of those who attended the session was Andy Carroll.
The England international striker is not guaranteed a place in the Hammers’ starting lineup, but he has been training hard in order to force himself in the team.
The former Newcastle United and Liverpool man also appeared to enjoy Thursday’s session, as shown in the photos below.
Carroll, who has had injury issues this campaign, has scored four goals and created seven chances in 20 Premier League appearances so far this season.
The 27-year-old striker has a pass accuracy of 62% and a shot accuracy of 61%, and has won 62 headers, three dribbles and one tackle.
West Ham are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment and have a chance of finishing in the top four.
