The German is constantly looking for mistakes to correct, according to the midfielder.
The German has been a big hit at Anfield since replacing Brendan Rodgers in the hot seat back in October.
It has been an inconsistent campaign to say the least though, with several impressive displays ruined by disappointing performances elsewhere.
Their form in March clearly demonstrated that as the Reds won four out of five games in all competitions, with the loss a 3-2 turnaround at Southampton.
Coutinho though, is confident they will be better in future as their manager constantly searches for ways to improve them as a side.
“He is a great coach, as I have said before,” he told liverpoolfc.com.
“He always corrects the mistakes that happen in the games. Even when we play very well he is always looking for things that can improve.”
"This has been good for us as a group. This has been excellent, the way he searches for what was negative so we can play better next time.”
For now Liverpool will be keen to get this season over with as they eye a bright future under the German.
Many of their fans are anticipating that next year could be an interesting one for them once Klopp gets a full pre-season with his team to work on his methods.
The summer transfer window is sure to be key to their hopes though, as he looks to mould the squad he inherited in his image.
If he can do both, there is no denying that things could be bright at Anfield in fuure.
