The Arsenal boss says it is looking positive on the injury front for his side.
The Welshman has been absent since the beginning of March after picking up an in injury in the 4-0 win over Hull City in the FA Cup.
The Gunners had hoped to have him back for last weekend’s game against Watford following the international break but he missed their eventual 4-0 win.
He has however, trained well this week and now could be set to part in the derby with their rivals.
“We have a similar squad, everyone should be available who played against Watford,” Wenger told London 24.
“Ramsey could join in because he had a good training session yesterday [and] Flamini is available.”
The Frenchman also had a positive update on the recovery of Jack Wilshere after he was pictured among the first team squad last week.
The England midfielder is returning from his latest long injury lay off having missed the entirety of this season.
There is optimism surrounding his return, with the player himself hoping to make his way into England’s squad for Euro 2016 in France this summer.
Wenger though, says he is being cautious about his return given Wilshere’s long history of injuries so far.
"Wilshere and Rosicky will play on Friday night,” he added.
“Ideally I would have loved to have him Wilshere] available for the whole season. I am a bit cautious because of history, lets not rush it too much.He will have a big part in the game tomorrow night and hopefully he will come through it well.”
