Tottenham Hotspur prospect Dominic Ball is celebrating after his season on loan at Rangers culminated with the club winning promotion to the Scottish Premiership.
The 20-year-old has made a total of 25 appearances in all competitions for the Gers this season, although was an unused substitute in last night's promotion clinching 1-0 win over Dumbarton last night.
The Northern Ireland under-21 international has proved his versatility by playing in both midfield and defence this season, but his future remains unclear, with his loan spell set to expire at the end of the season.
Tottenham Hotspur are very much keeping track of his progress, sending Ball a congratulatory message on Twitter.
Rangers fans were quick to respond, and let Tottenham know exactly how they feel about Ball - That they would love him to stay for another season, or on a permanent basis.
Tottenham will have to decide whether Ball is capable of making an impact for them next season, and if he can meet their rapidly accelerating standards.
If they have doubts then Rangers could benefit him by taking Ball on loan for another year, potentially convincing Spurs that they can aid his development by allowing him to play at a higher level than he has this season now they are back in the top flight.
