Nottingham Forest have taken to Twitter to slate Paul Williams, after the side’s latest defeat against Reading.
Williams has been placed in temporary charge of Forest following the sacking of Dougie Freedman last month.
However, the 45-year-old has struggled during his initial time in charge, with results taking a turn for the worse.
Forest have failed to win any of the first four matches during Williams’ time at the helm, and they have taken just one point over this period.
The Reds’ performance against Reading yesterday has caused particular frustration, as they threw away a lead.
Ben Osborn had put the Midlands side into the lead, but the Royals fought back to claim the three points.
Although Forest’s players have also had their fair share of criticism directed at them, it is Williams who received the most scrutiny on social media site Twitter after yesterday’s defeat. Here’s the best reaction.
Rotherham have a far worse squad than #nffc but they have a good manager. The players need direction & belief - Williams can't provide them— AJ (@Lad87Red) April 5, 2016
My 7 year old sister could motivate the lads better than Paul Williams does #NFFC— Dan (@Dan_LowerBC) April 5, 2016
Williams & Reid couldn't run a bath. Making Freedman look like he had a clue! #nffc— Paul Cusack (@Caz_NFFC) April 5, 2016
Can't see us win another game this season.
It's absolutely not his fault but Williams hasn't got a clue has he? Ridiculous that this job has landed on him #nffc— Andrew Brookes (@andrewbrookes84) April 5, 2016
Paul Williams: lets be positive. Sorry for what love?! #nffc— ' Dαηιєℓℓє × (@danielle_07x) April 5, 2016
Paul Williams is terrible. He hasn't even managed a honeymoon period #NFFC— Dan (@Dan_LowerBC) April 5, 2016
Forest are now in 17th place in the Championship table - just nine points clear of the relegation zone.
