The Foxes are odds-on favourites to achieve what would be one of, if not the, most amazing sporting upset in history as Claudio Ranieri's side sit seven points clear of Tottenham Hotspur with just six more games to go this season.
There could also be a major upset a little further back as the Hammers chase a Champions League spot, with Slaven Bilic's side sitting sixth in the table, four points behind fourth-placed Manchester City as it stands.
Spurs and Arsenal currently occupy second and third spot respectively, and Ashton believes that the table now will finish that way, noting that Sergio Aguero's presence at Man City should certainly be enough to help them earn a top-four finish.
Asked by 888.com how the top four will look come the end of the season, Ashton briefly said: Leicester will go on and win it. Leicester, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City [for top four]. With Aguero in your team if can’t finish top four there are serious problems."
Leicester could move 10 points clear of Spurs on Sunday if they win away to Sunderland in the early kickoff, with the Lilywhites hosting Manchester United at 4pm.
