West Ham slipped up against an out of form Palace side at the weekend, leaving their chances of making it into the top four looking slim.
However, Bilic insists that his squad will make up for this disappointment over the rest of the campaign.
“What I always say to our players is if we are playing, we are playing 100%. If we are training, we will do that 100%, same with a day off, we will have fun,” the Croatian boss said. “I don’t like to do things 50/50. So, we will continue to work the way we have been all season, I believe it has been working well for us.
“Home or away, we are never happy with a point, and I promise, we will bounce back, in training we will refocus and be ready.”
West Ham had looked on course to pick up the three points against the Eagles when goals from Manuel Lanzini and Dimitri Payet put them into a 2-1 lead.
However, Dwight Gayle poached a late equaliser for the Eagles and denied Bilic’s side the victory.
West Ham are now three points away from the top four, with Manchester United also leapfrogging them in the Premier League standings.
The Hammers’ next league match comes against Arsenal at Upton Park, and if they are able to win they would move within four points of Arsene Wenger’s side.
