Scott Brown shares his strong opinion on Patrick Roberts

Celtic Park

Patrick Roberts joined Celtic on loan from Manchester City in the January transfer window.

Celtic captain Scott Brown has been quoted as saying by the club’s official Twitter page that Patrick Roberts has a very good attitude and is very gifted.

Roberts joined Celtic on loan from Premier League oufit Manchester City in the January transfer window on an 18-month contract.

The 19-year-old winger has been playing well for the Scottish Premiership giants and was on target twice for the Bhoys against Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.

Midfielder Brown has spoken highly of Roberts’s quality and has outlined his attitude in the dressing room.

Roberts is a talented young player, and his recent performances for Celtic suggest that he is only going to get better.

The former Fulham youngster appears to be settling in well at Celtic Park, and it is great that the Scottish Premiership giants signed him on an 18-month contract.

The youngster will be important for Celtic in their Champions League qualifiers at the start of next season.
