The duo and Bradford City loanee pair Reece Burke and Josh Cullen are already wanted on loan.
West Ham United academy chief Terry Westley has confirmed that the club are already fielding loan offers for four of their star youngsters for next season.
Changes to the loan system mean clubs are having to get their affairs in order regarding temporary deals for next season.
Now Westley has confirmed that Bradford City loanees Reece Burke and Josh Cullen are wanted, as are Peterborough and Cambridge United pair Martin Samuelson and Lewis Page.
Westley told the Telegraph and Argus this week:
"Watch this space.
"It’s going to be an interesting dilemma for clubs in the Football League.
“Before they could take someone and if it didn’t work, could send them back early. You can’t do that now because each loan will run from window to window.
“That’s why clubs are contacting us now about both of those two (Burke and Cullen) as well as (Martin) Samuelsen at Peterborough and (Lewis) Page, who has done well at Cambridge.
“They’ll all start pre-season with the first team, go on their trip then we’ll make the decision which ones should go out straight away and who should stay with us until the second half of the season."
Samuelsen in particular caught the eye this season.
The Norwegian youth international was impressive for the Posh in FA Cup fixtures earlier this season and there is hope that the former Manchester City youngster can go on to become a West Ham first-team regular.
This West Ham quartet are clearly highly thought of at the club and will hopefully form a part of the club’s long-term future.
It will certainly be interesting to see where the West Ham youngsters might end up next season and whether they will be playing in the Championship or lower down the Football League.
