Tjaronn Chery's big smile said it all as the QPR forward was named player of the month for March 2016 on Friday night.
The R's were unfortunate to lose 3-2 to promotion-chasing Middlesbrough at Loftus Road on Friday but there was a highlight for Chery, who was rewarded for his impressive recent form.
The 27-year-old and Sebastian Polter, in particular, have stood out for QPR of late.
But it was Chery fans clearly felt was the standout performer in west London last month.
Ian Holloway discussed the forward during the game on Friday, telling Sky Sports that he still feels there are question marks over the QPR man's attitude.
But supporters have seemed to disagree of late and Chery has been lauded for his form and also commitment.
Should he remain as committed and creative in the final third next season, he could well play a big part in any promotion push QPR can muster.
For now, though, Chery is simply settling at Loftus Road - and doing a fine job of it, too.
