Don Hutchison slams Seamus Coleman's performance v United on Twitter

The ex-Everton man evaluated the full-back's display on social media.

Former Everton midfielder Don Hutchison has slammed Seamus Coleman's performance against Manchester United on Twitter.

Indeed, Hutchison feels Coleman was poor during Manchester United's winning goal. The second-half effort settled a drab affair, during which Everton did most of the attacking.

He believes Coleman should have cleared the ball with his left foot - and wasn't happy on social media:

Everton looked lacklustre as usual and, while a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford is usually greeted with praise that one's team wasn't well beaten, this season Man United are there for the taking.

That was no different on Sunday, with Manchester United looking dull and average.

But they still managed to take all three points home, with the Toffees playing like the home team yet not getting anywhere in the final third.

Everton will need some serious changes if they are to enjoy a solid campaign next season. Is Roberto Martinez going to be one of them?
