The youngster scored again in the win over Watford on Saturday.
Arsene Wenger has called up Iwobi to the first team squad this season having impressed in the club’s youth ranks.
He has impressed as well, putting in an impressive performance in the loss to Barcelona before scoring his first Premier League goal in his first league start in the win over Everton.
He added to that goal with another strike in the win over Watford on Saturday and Crooks says he reminds him of Arsenal great Ian Wright.
"Iwobi is precocious,” he told BBC Sport.
“He's got a swagger about him which reminds me of Ian Wright as a young kid. You need to be bold as a young player, and Iwobi certainly is."
"The more I see of Sanchez and Iwobi the more I like the combination. Iwobi has that little ingredient you need at this level and he's very exciting"
Iwobi has certainly impressed when given his chance this season and it seems Wenger is not going to stop using him just yet.
With Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott having struggled in recent months as well, there is certainly no need to drop him just yet either.
If he continues to shine as he has those two may find it hard to make it back into the squad any time soon as he quickly becomes the latest academy graduate to shine in Gunners’ first team.
