John Barnes predicts Manchester United to win against Everton and Leicester City to draw with Southampton in the Premier League this weekend.

John Barnes has predicted on Titanbet.co.uk that Liverpool will fail to win against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.

The Reds will take on Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Former Liverpool winger Barnes believes that the match will end in a 1-1 draw.

“Spurs will be going for this as they look to close the gap on Leicester at the top of the table, but Liverpool are just as good as their opponents., even if the table doesn’t say so,” the former Celtic manager wrote on Titanbet.co.uk. “Goalscorers – Daniel Sturridge and Harry Kane.”

Barnes has backed Manchester United to win against Everton at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

The former England international winger has also predicted Leicester City to play out a 1-1 draw with Southampton at the King Power Stadium in the league on Sunday afternoon.

“Everton have been awful at the back and don’t have much to play for in the league, but Man United are still in with a shot at fourth, so I can see that motivation being the difference,” Barnes wrote on Titan.co.uk. “Goalscorers - Anthony Martial and Romelu Lukaku.”

About the Leicester game, Barnes wrote: “Leicester have been getting a lot of 1-0 wins of late, but Southampton have really turned things around over the last month or so, so I can see them cancelling each other out. Goalscorers – Jamie Vary and Graziano Pelle.”

While Liverpool can earn a draw against Tottenham and United are likely to win against Everton, it is very likely that Leicester will win against Southampton.

True, the Saints are aiming for an European place, but Leicester are at the top of the Premier League table and are strong at home.

It is hard to see the Foxes dropping two points in front of their own fans, although things could get tricky for them if they concede the first goal.
