Ian Holloway believes Wolverhampton Wanderers will draw 1-1 with Ipswich Town in the Championship this weekend, according to his regular Sky Sports predictions column.
Indeed, the pundit is foreseeing a war of attrition as Mick McCarthy returns to his old hunting ground at Wolves. The Irishman spent several years with the Midlands club, both in the second tier and Premier League.
And he can't separate the two teams, believing Kenny Jackett will be prepared for Ipswich.
Holloway told Sky Sports: "Huge game with Mick McCarthy returning to his old club. This will be a war of attrition, with one team cancelling out the other, such a tough old battle.
"Kenny Jackett will have something up his sleeve for this one, though."
Ipswich are four points off the play-off places ahead of McCarthy's return to Molineux, while Wolves are 10 points further back.
Both sides could be set for top-half finishes if they enjoy strong ends to their campaign, while Ipswich will certainly be looking for a play-off spot.
This weekend could prove crucial in the promotion race, with teams rested after the international break and looking to build up a head of steam going into the business end of the season.
