Liverpool midfielder James Milner has a high opinion of Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino, and says teammate Adam Lallana is a big fan.
Lallana played under Pochettino at Southampton, and the duo face the Argentine's team this weekend when Spurs visit Liverpool at Anfield.
Speaking to The Mirror, Milner believes Pochettino is the ideal man to harness Dele Alli's talent and help his England teammate improve.
He said: "The manager at Tottenham, Mauricio Pochettino, seems brilliant and he is going to be one of the biggest influences on him (Alli) and is getting the best out of him."
"You have seen how many players he has brought through. Adam Lallana had him before at Southampton and speaks very highly of him."
As well as creating winning teams, Pochettino's sides are young, with Luke Shaw, James Rodriguez and James Ward-Prowse among the players he developed at Southampton.
At Tottenham he has created a side capable of challenging for the title built around a midfield axis of Dele Alli and Eric Dier, and striker Harry Kane, while young talents like Josh Onomah are also pushing for the first team.
Tottenham play Liverpool this Saturday, hoping to continue their title challenge, currently sitting in second place, five points behind leaders Leicester City.
