Utrecht striker Sebastien Haller will be in demand this summer.
Loic Gustan, the agent of Utrecht striker Sebastien Haller, has told Calcio Mercato that his client will make a decision about his future at the end of the season.
Haller, 21, joined Utrecht on loan from Auxerre in January 2015, and hit 11 goals in just 17 games for the Dutch outfit before they made his move a permanent one.
This term, the Frenchman has smashed 21 goals in just 31 games, becoming one of the most dangerous strikers in Dutch football alongside the likes of Arkadiusz Milik and Luuk de Jong.
Unsurprisingly, Haller's exploits have triggered major interest in his signature. Utrecht are far from the biggest club in the Netherlands, and will subsequently find it hard to keep hold of their prized asset this summer.
Dutch newspaper Voetbal International reported earlier this week that Inter Milan and Tottenham Hotspur are leading the race for Haller's signature, but a host of other clubs are also keen on the huge, physical goal machine.
Now, Haller's agent Loic Gustan has been asked by Calcio Mercato about the situation, but it's clear that the Frenchman is keen to avoid the speculation.
Gustan was first asked whether Inter and Tottenham are pursuing Haller, and he reacted by saying many clubs are interested, but Haller will decide at the end of the season. Then when asked whether Haller would want to sign for Inter or Spurs, Gustan believes the striker has no preference and can play in any league, only adding to the intrigue in this transfer story.
"Right now I think that Sebastien is focused on the playing field and continue to score many goals," said Gustan. "Then at the end of season we will see. Definitely, his excellent performances are attracting the interest of many. He has no preference, with his profile is able to play in any league, Serie A or the Premier League," he added.
