Callum McGregor has scored three goals in his last seven appearances for Celtic.
Callum McGregor has told the Daily Record that he is feeling much more confident at Celtic now.
The youngster broke into the Bhoys’ team at the start of the 2014/15 campaign, and he looked totally at ease with his surroundings.
However, the attacking midfielder’s form dipped as last campaign progressed, and he has only recently found his optimum level again.
The 22-year-old has broken back into Celtic’s starting line-up recently, and he is oozing with confidence.
“I feel good, I feel at home and happy to take the ball and try to do something good for us, whether get a goal or set one up,” he said.
"I feel confident in that role now.”
McGregor has scored three goals in his last seven appearances for Ronny Deila’s side, and he is quickly becoming an important player for the Bhoys.
McGregor has had to fight with a number of teammates to earn a spot in the team, but he seems to have nailed down his place now.
The attacking midfielder has caught the eye with his goalscoring instincts, and he has also shown a good amount of creativity when given a chance in Deila’s line-up.
McGregor’s next chance to impress for Celtic is likely to come at the weekend, when the Bhoys take on Hearts in Scottish Premiership action.
