Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has rejected claims he could return to Lyon.
Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris was asked about a return to Lyon at his latest press conference with France.
He was asked, as reported French website Foot01 if he could envisage a return to his former club.
He response was one of commitment towards his current side, with which he is competing currently to win the Premier League title.
Lloris said: "I am attached to Lyon, but the question of my future does not arise. I am fine at Tottenham. A return to Lyon is not news."
Les Bleus are busy preparing for an international against Russia on Tuesday, as they continue their preparations for Euro 2016.
Lloris is set to be a starter in his home tournament, and if he arrives back in France as a league winner then that can only be good news for his country.
He has not played in the Champions League since he left Lyon in 2012, and now finally is on the verge of returning to the competition, with Spurs appearing like certainties to finish in the top four.
Failing to challenge for a top four place this season could have seen Lloris reconsider his options, but with a title within reach, there is plenty of reason for the goalkeeper to now want to stick around for many years to come.
