Fraser Aird might have left Rangers on loan in January, but the Canadian has clearly retained the same passion he displayed throughout his five years in Glasgow.
Aird, who joined Vancouver Whitecaps on a season-long loan two months ago, helped the MLS club to their first home victory of the campaign on Saturday.
The Whitecaps, reeling from a 3-2 defeat by Montreal in their first home game, edged out Houston Dynamo with a 1-0 win in British Columbia to kick-start what had been a relatively mixed season.
And the Ontario-born 21-year-old reacted to the victory with a display of passion not dissimilar to the type he showed during his stint at Ibrox.
Aird, who joined Rangers when he was 16, will be pleased to have seen his parent club's result on Saturday as Mark Warburton's side beat Queen of the South 4-3 at Ibrox, potentially taking them one win shy of officially sealing their return to the Scottish Premiership.
