The report claims that the 22-year-old has been impressing a number of leading clubs this season, with Arsenal and Leicester City also monitoring his progress ahead of a likely summer switch.
Milik currently tops Ajax’s scoring charts, firing in 16 goals and adding a further seven assists in 25 matches.
The Dutch league leaders have a proud history of producing some of Europe’s best players, yet Milik has only been at the club for 20 months following a low-key switch from Bayer Leverkusen.
Seemingly not good enough to make the grade at the Bay Arena, the Poland international has soon proved his worth in the Eredivisie as he guides Ajax towards yet another Dutch league title.
His performances have reportedly seen Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal and Leicester alerted to his talent, while Serie A giants Juventus and Lazio are also among those keen on bringing him in.
The Polish report goes on to suggest that he is extremely likely to leave Amsterdam this summer, and that Utrecht’s top scorer Sebastien Haller has already been sounded out as his replacement.
Milik will be present at the European Championships this summer barring any injuries, and alongside Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski he will certainly form a potent Poland attack.
