Aston Villa fans have ridiculed Leandro Bacuna for his comments suggesting that he would like to move to Ajax or PSV.
Bacuna has told Sky Sports that he would be open to leaving Villa, as he looks to take the next step in his career.
"Within the next two years, I try to make my next step," he said.
"What it's going to be, I do not know at this time. But I want to grow in two years. It does not necessarily have to be in England.
"That would just be Ajax or PSV, I think. They play Champions League football almost every year.
"If I have a chance to go there then why not?"
Few Villa fans blame the defender for wanting to leave the club, but most suggest that the pair of Dutch giants will not be interested in him.
Bacuna wants out of Villa within 2 years. If I could be bothered I'd drive there and ship you out within 2 mins, pal https://t.co/qOYxyp8Ocm— James Leyfield (@JamesJourn) March 27, 2016

Bacuna has endured a difficult season at Villa, like many of the squad, with Remi Garde’s side now looking destined to be relegated.
Villa have won just three matches all season, and they are currently 12 points adrift of safety with just seven games left to play.
Bacuna’s performances over that time have fallen short of expectations, with the full-back playing a part of a defence which has leaked goals.
Villa have let in more goals than any other Premier League side, after conceding 58 times in 31 matches to date.
Bacuna has made 92 appearances for the Claret and Blues in total since joining from Groningen in 2013.
