West Ham should look into the Bosman market for new signings in the summer.
West Ham United have had a tremendous season and it might be that next term they will be playing Champions League football at their new Olympic Stadium home.
European football looks to be on the cards for the Hammers so they will need to strengthen their squad for the new season.
So who could be a cheap option to strengthen the West Ham squad this summer?
Here are three potential options…
Cheick Diabate – Bordeaux
A striker is bound to be on the agenda. This season their front men have continually battled with injury and it doesn’t look like Emmanuel Emenike will be kept on.
The Mali striker is a big physical presence with a good record in front of goal. He would slot in nicely to the West Ham squad.
Darijo Srna – Shakhtar Donetsk
A player Slaven Bilic will know well from his Croatia days it looks like Srna might finally be coming to the end of his 13-year career in Ukraine.
West Ham could use another full-back option and the veteran is a top talent. Although, West Ham fans will fear another Razvan Rat.
Havard Nordtveit – Borussia Monchengladbach
He can play everywhere the Norwegian. Holding midfield, full-back, centre-back – he is certainly a player that West Ham could use. The club are in talks with the player and this looks likely.
