Confirmed Rangers line-up v Queen of the South: Forrester and O'Halloran start

Rangers take on Queen of the South at Ibrox this afternoon...

Rangers starting line-up: Foderingham; Tavernier, Wilson, Kiernan, Wallace; Ball, Holt, Halliday; O’Halloran, Miller, Forrester.

Rangers substitutes: Bell, Law, Clark, Shiels, Zelalem.

Whilst the weekend is being dominated by international football, Rangers are in league action against Queen of the South at Ibrox.

Mark Warburton's men lost 3-2 away at Falkirk last weekend as having been 2-0 up, Rangers inexplicably threw it all away to lose the game 3-2, meaning their lead at the top is 11 points now.

Warburton will be looking to get back to winning ways this afternoon, and his side will be back in front of the Ibrox crowd as they take on Queen of the South.

It's a familiar looking defence for Warburton, as Wes Foderingham starts in goal, with a back four of James Tavernier, Danny Wilson and Rob Kiernan and Lee Wallace.

Dominic Ball starts in holding midfield, whilst Jason Holt and Andy Halliday will play further forward in the heart of midfield, offering support to the front three.

January signings Michael O'Halloran and Harry Forrester both start in attack, and will offer support to Kenny Miller, who leads the line again in Martyn Waghorn's absence.

With a host of young players away on international duty, Warburton has only been able to name five substitutes this afternoon, with Nicky Law, Dean Shiels, Nicky Clark and Gedion Zelalem all available.
