The former Manchester United boss has declared his interest in both positions recently.
The Villans are widely expected to replace Remi Garde at some point in the future following the Frenchman’s less than inspiring time in charge which has left them almost certain to be relegated.
The former Everton and Manchester United boss has already stated his interest, with the Mirror reporting he is keen on the job.
However, the Villa job is not the first one he has ‘declared’ his interest in in recent weeks, having told PLZ soccer that he would be interested in Celtic.
The problem is that Celtic don’t seem keen on cutting their ties to Ronny Deila just yet, despite widespread belief that the end of the season should also be the end of his reign at Celtic Park.
However, Moyes making his interest in Villa known could change that standpoint considerably.
Of the two, it is fair to say that Celtic is the more attractive proposition; especially as they can offer the chance of Champions League football.
They would also be loathe to miss out on Moyes and him declaring his interest in other jobs may be something of a warning to the Scottish giants.
