The 19-year-old Arsenal teenager couldn't manage a win but still made his competitive debut for the Super Eagles.
The Super Eagles couldn't win but the talented youngster was nevertheless pleased to have played for his country.
The Arsenal forward also thanked England for giving him the chance to represent them.

Iwobi has made a real impression with the Gunners during his fledgling career. The 19-year-old impressed during pre-season and the Emirates Cup and has since starred at the Nou Camp and also scored in the Premier League.
So toothless have Arsenal often been in front of goal this season, Iwobi can already be seen as one of their main threats.
As with the examples of Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, however, the teenager shouldn't be overhyped too soon.
Many have commented on the lack of progress Walcott and the Ox have made in their careers and overconfidence at such a young age may well have been a big reason for that.
