The Garribaldi took to the field for the first time today.
Honoured to have played a little part.
Collymore is regarded as one of Forest’s most talented ever front men, after representing the club between 1993 and 1995.
The 45-year-old was recently named in a list of the 11 best ever Forest strikers on the club’s official site.
During his time with the Reds, Collymore scored 47 goals in 78 matches - and he helped them seal promotion back to the top tier.
Collymore then moved on to Liverpool, before playing for the likes of Aston Villa and Bradford City before retiring.
Since hanging up his boots, Collymore has forged a career in the media and he now works as a pundit for the likes of TalkSPORT.
