Arsenal will not be short of cash this summer.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has a transfer budget of £75 million available to spend this summer, report The Times.
The Gunners bought just one player last summer, goalkeeper Petr Cech, and are expected to be more active this time around.
Their lack of activity frustrated fans, and may be coming to bite them, with the league title there for the taking, but the side look like falling short.
Spending the £75 million is however not their priority, report The Times.
Instead it is claimed they want to concentrate on extending contracts for their two most expensive signings Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil, along with injury prone duo Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Arsenal bought Mohamed Elneny for £5 million in the January transfer window, but the feeling among fans is that the club are still short of a top striker, and could need to add a centre-back, with a leader in midfield also lacking.
