The former manager recently took up an advisory role at the club.
Former player and manager Little has been one of those who have joined the new look board, coming in to help in an advisor role at the club.
And he says that the brilliant aspect is that every new member brings something new to the table.
“The brilliant thing is that we all bring something different to the table,” he told avfc.co.uk.
“Their knowledge and their ability in their fields allied to my football knowhow, I believe, will be a great combination.”
“The great thing is we are all very keen to do our very best for this great football club. We want to turn the fortunes around here.”
Villa fans will now be hoping the new board can put that vast experience to good use if they have to find a new manager this summer.
Remi Garde looks likely to exit at some point in future, with him failing to have had much of an impact at the club since replacing Tim Sherwood earlier in the campaign.
Whoever replaces him will be set for a tough job in the Championship, and getting the correct appointment will be crucial to the club’s future.
