Is there a deal to be done between Everton and Real Madrid this summer?
Real Madrid have been linked with a mega money move to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, with The Sun reporting the La Liga side have sent scouts to watch him on several occasions.
Lukaku is Everton's top scorer and would not come cheap, with the report claiming it could take £60 million to convince Everton to sell up.
The paper however claim the Toffees would be open to a lower price if they could sign a player or two in part exchange.
Here are three players they could attempt to prise from the La Liga giants...
Everton are preparing to lose veteran goalkeeper Tim Howard at the end of the season and need a new shot stopper. Real Madrid's Keylor Navas is an outstanding option who showed his talent at the World Cup with Costa Rica. He is currently Real's first choice, but will not be if Zinedine Zidane's side manage to sign David de Gea from Manchester United, which could free Navas up for a part-exchange switch to Everton.
Former Inter Milan midfielder Mateo Kovacic was a surprise signing by Real earlier this season, but has struggled to win a regular starting place. 14 of his 21 appearances have come from the bench, and a switch to Everton could allow him more game time.
Russian winger Cheryshev has been out on loan at Valencia this season after previous spells with Villarreal and Sevilla. The 25-year-old is a player in need of a fresh start and could add more creativity to the Everton side which will need to find a way to solve problem of a lack of goals Romelu Lukaku's departure would pose.
