Rashica, 19, emerged through the ranks with Kosova Vushtrri in his native Albania, where nine goals in 21 appearances earned him a big move to the Netherlands with Vitesse last summer.
The winger has now hit seven goals and three assists in 267 games this season, and his performances for Vitesse should set him up for a huge summer.
On the pitch, Rashica should be set for his first senior caps for Albania as they head into their historic Euro 2016 campaign, whilst off it, interest appears to be building in his signature.
Calcio Mercato claim that Tottenham Hotspur are keen to land Rashica having been impressed with his displays for Vitesse, but they aren't the only Premier League team to want the youngster.
The report also suggests that Everton and Southampton are interested, as well as Italian side Napoli as Rashica's reputation seemingly grows by the week.
With Euro 2016 on the horizon, Rashica could excel in France and cause his price tag to rise and rise, meaning Spurs, Southampton or Everton may want to move quickly this summer if they want to land the pacey Albanian prospect.
