Campbell has enjoyed a breakthrough season at the Emirates Stadium this season after numerous loan spells abroad, scoring four goals in 27 appearances in all competitions.
That has seen the 23-year-old playing alongside such global stars as Ozil, and he says that attributes such as the German's vision and passing range make it that much easier for the other players in the side.
Campbell told the club's official website: "Mesut has so much quality that, when you go to make a move, he always makes the pass at just the right time.
"But we have great players right though the team, so many players with quality. It’s easier for all us!"

Although occasionally accused of going missing in big games, Ozil has generally been a jewel in the crown of Arsene Wenger's side since his signing from Real Madrid for around £40 million in 2013.
In the nearly three full seasons since the German arrived at Arsenal, he has registered 14 goals and 32 assists from 76 appearances for the club, becoming an integral part of the North Londoners' starting XI.
That assists total in 10 more than any other player has managed at the club during that period, with Santi Cazorla having registered 22, although that tally has come in six more games than Ozil's.
The form of Ozil has been a main driving force behind Arsenal's back-to-back FA Cup triumphs in the last two years, as well as their title challenge this season.
However, that challenge has faltered somewhat in recent weeks, with Gunners now 11 points off the pace of leaders Leicester City, albeit with a game in hand.
