The West Ham United midfielder shares the family-like bond he has with the club.

At this stage, every English football fan and their dog must know that Mark Noble is West Ham United through and through.

But that did not stop the 28-year-old midfielder from reminding everybody of his love for the club on Twitter on Sunday night with a warm picture that will make Hammers fans adore him even more - if it's possible.

Noble, who joined the club when he was 13, took to social media to share a snap of him and his team-mates celebrating one of the goals during Saturday's 2-2 draw at Chelsea, right in front of the jubilant away support.

The snap came with a fitting caption...

On the pitch, it seems like one big happy family too as Slaven Bilic appears to have built himself a close-knit squad with a strong bond, which might explain their season.

It has been a brilliant campaign for the Hammers, who sit fifth in the Premier League table, one point behind fourth-placed Manchester City in the race for Champions League qualification.

They also have an FA Cup quarter-final replay with Manchester United to look forward to at Upton Park.
