Sakho started the Premier League game at Stamford Bridge and played for 60 minutes when he was replaced by Carroll.
The England international striker scored just a minute after coming on, as the London derby finished in a 2-2 draw.
Sakho had a pass accuracy of 85%, created one chance, attempted one dribble, won 43% of his headers, and made one clearance.
Besides scoring a goal, Carroll took three shots, had a pass accuracy of 54%, created one chance, and won 57% of his headers.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon, the Hammers had 41% of the possession, took 13 shots of which six were on target, and earned nine corners.
