Tottenham star shares dressing room mood ahead of Bournemouth clash

Tottenham Hotspur won against Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has revealed on the club’s official Twitter page the mood in the dressing room before the game against Bournemouth on Sunday evening.

The North London outfit got the better of Bournemouth 3-0 at White Hart Lane in the Premier League.

England international striker Harry Kane put Tottenham in the lead inside the very first minute and added the second on 16 minutes.

Christian Eriksen wrapped up the scoring with Spurs’ third goal just seven minutes into the second half.

Lloris has suggested on Tottenham’s official Twitter page that the players were confident of winning in the dressing room after the warm-up.

"It was a great team performance,” said the former France international. “We managed the game how we wanted. We had control.

"We didn't start the second half well but still scored to kill the game so the feeling is very good. After the warm-up, in the changing room the feeling was very good and very positive. We started well."

Lloris’s comments suggest that the Spurs players were confident of winning against Bournemouth.

Tottenham are a much better team than the Cherries, and the Frenchman’s remarks suggest that it was almost an inevitability that they would win.

The performance of Mauricio Pochettino’s side on Sunday evening was remarkable, and there is every chance that they could go on to win the Premier League title this season.
