Blackpool youngster Sam Roscoe is attracting interest from clubs in three different divisions in England, HITC Sport understands.
Roscoe, 17, is a centre-back who at 6 foot 5, already has the attributes to make the step up to first team football.
After making his debut for Blackpool's youth side at 15, Roscoe has been biding his time at the League One side, and clubs have expressed interest in the speedy defender.
HITC Sport understands from sources close to the situation that rivals Preston North End are one of the teams interested in acquiring Roscoe.
The Championship club are joined by Premier League side Everton, who have in the past raided the lower leagues to sign defenders John Stones and Mason Holgate.
League One sides Bury and Fleetwood Town are also showing an interest in Roscoe.
The Tangerines are battling to avoid relegation to League Two, currently narrowly out of the relegation zone in 20th place.
