According to the Mirror, Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion have joined the chase for Youri Tielemans.
The 18-year-old has made quite an impression this season, consolidating his side in the Anderlecht first-team and earning the honour of being named Belgium’s most promising player of 2015.
With over 100 appearances under his belt, Tielemans’ future at the cub has been heavily speculated and a move to the Premier League could be on the cards this summer.
Predominantly a central midfielder, the Belgium under-21 international is strong on the ball, intelligent out of possession and in equipped with a strong finish, having scored four league goals this campaign.
The Mirror report that Tottenham are willing to pay in the region of £12 million for his services, though Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and West Brom are seen as fellow suitors.
Liverpool already have a Belgian contingent growing on Anfield with Christian Benteke, Divock Origi and Simon Mignolet in their ranks, a factor which could help them in their quest for his signature.
West Brom would be able to offer him a quicker route in to the first-team, though without European football the Baggies may struggle to convince him of a move to the Hawthorns Stadium.
